Mojave National Preserve
The Mojave National Preserve now has a beautiful visitor center with historical exhibits and a theater. The 1923 Union Pacific Depot, which was built in a style to rival its competition (Harvey Houses and the Santa Fe), has been restored and includes replicas of the lunch counter, crew rooms, ticket counter, and dispatcher/telegrapher's office.
