Don't see the ruts?  Not sure I did either, but it's a pretty good picture of the prairies today, including the irrigation rigs.

The Santa Fe Trail ruts, if they're in this picture at all, are back by the trees, the dark lines indicating different vegetation parallel to the skyline.  On the other hand, I'd like to think this photo captures some of the essence of what it was like along the Trail.
