Sergeant Floyd River Museum
The Sergeant Floyd River Museum & Welcome Center is located in Larsen Park, Sioux City, Iowa. The museum is on the second floor of an old US Army Corps of Engineers inspection boat called Sergeant Floyd. Built in Jeffersonville, Indiana, it was used by the Corps from 1933 to 1975 to move men and equipment on the river. The museum contains displays on the history of Missouri riverboats, including one on the Bertrand.
